Meet Ikrut, a true jack-of-all-trades with a whopping 13+ years of experience in various fields. This multi-talented artist has dabbled in everything from photography and content creation to events and radio. After leaving his beloved job at Radio Mirchi, he finally took the leap and started his own business, Luxus Façade, which specializes in retailing doors and windows since May 2013

Growing up as an army kid, Ikrut attended schools all over India before pursuing his B.Tech in Marine Engineering from MIT Pune and then his MBA in finance

A true creative at heart, Ikrut has traveled the globe and finally travelling in between delhi and goa for work. He has worked closely with architects and real estate developers for the last 13+ years to understand the intricacies of the business model. In his eyes, the world is a canvas for inspiration, and ideas come from everything around us - be it a conversation with a friend or something we see. He always incorporates this into his businesses.

Iqrut is finally starting his passion project into real estate under brand “EARTH NEST” using POD technology, which is in a way first in India for a large scale sellable project.

Sagar Suri, with 14 years of experience in real estate focusing on commercial and corporate leasing, is now heading Sales and Marketing at Earth Nest.

Chandan Pahwa, from Finmind CA firm, is Earth Nest’s audit and accounting lead, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial consulting and SME IPO strategy. Based in Gurgaon, India, he leads a dedicated in-house team focused on financial audits, valuation, and compliance, ensuring Earth Nest’s financial integrity and growth.

Chandan’s expertise supports Earth Nest in maintaining accurate records, optimizing cash flow, and meeting regulatory requirements, providing a solid financial foundation as the company expands its sustainable construction ventures using pod technology.

Pantone Collective is an architecture & interior design studio based in New Delhi, India. Finding a semblance between art, architecture and design, we has been handling various high-end design projects in India and beyond. They play with colours extensively with a bold art impression in design so as to create an emotional impact on the user with the space. With the aim to do something different; something that would make us proud and transmit our aim to seek innovation for every project.

We have had the luck to work in several cities around India, discover new cultures and make new friends. Thanks to our innovative approach in search of unique and out of the box experiences for each design, we have been published with a lot of relevant international and national platforms. We have also been fascinated a lot by the use of Forms with the rich Traditional details from different cultures thus we do a fusion experiment of both scenarios to create an alluring unconventional space with a calm aesthetic sensation.
