Meet Ikrut, a true jack-of-all-trades with a whopping 13+ years of experience in various fields. This multi-talented artist has dabbled in everything from photography and content creation to events and radio. After leaving his beloved job at Radio Mirchi, he finally took the leap and started his own business, Luxus Façade, which specializes in retailing doors and windows since May 2013

Growing up as an army kid, Ikrut attended schools all over India before pursuing his B.Tech in Marine Engineering from MIT Pune and then his MBA in finance

A true creative at heart, Ikrut has traveled the globe and finally travelling in between delhi and goa for work. He has worked closely with architects and real estate developers for the last 13+ years to understand the intricacies of the business model. In his eyes, the world is a canvas for inspiration, and ideas come from everything around us - be it a conversation with a friend or something we see. He always incorporates this into his businesses.

Iqrut is finally starting his passion project into real estate under brand “EARTH NEST” using POD technology, which is in a way first in India for a large scale sellable project.

Gaurav’s expertise spans legal, policy, and administrative processes, enabling him to efficiently handle regulatory challenges. He and his team offer streamlined support for clients navigating complex legal and licensing requirements.

Chandan Pahwa, from Finmind CA firm, is Earth Nest’s audit and accounting lead, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial consulting and SME IPO strategy. Based in Gurgaon, India, he leads a dedicated in-house team focused on financial audits, valuation, and compliance, ensuring Earth Nest’s financial integrity and growth.

Chandan’s expertise supports Earth Nest in maintaining accurate records, optimizing cash flow, and meeting regulatory requirements, providing a solid financial foundation as the company expands its sustainable construction ventures using pod technology.

Punit Yadava, the Operations & Sales at Earth Nest, brings over 12 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, having successfully managed numerous projects in Goa and its surrounding areas.
