Kataria
A creator, builder, and entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience spanning construction, architecture, hospitality, and brand building. From the fast-paced world of Radio Mirchi to founding a successful façade engineering company, Iqrut has always believed that great spaces begin with great stories.
Growing up as an army kid across India gave him a deep appreciation for diverse landscapes, cultures, and the way people connect with places. After earning a B.Tech in Marine Engineering from MIT Pune and an MBA in Finance, he chose entrepreneurship over convention, driven by a desire to build businesses that create lasting impact.
In 2013, he founded Luxus Façade delivering precision-engineered doors, windows, and façade systems for residential and commercial developments. Over the years, one question continued to shape his thinking: Why should building exceptional homes take years, consume excessive resources, and compromise sustainability?
That question became EarthNest.
Today, Iqrut is pioneering a new kind of second home in India — designed with the same care as the life it's meant to hold, combining advanced POD-based construction, sustainable engineering, and hospitality-inspired design to create smarter homes, resorts, and communities built for the future.
The Core Team
Strong yet flexible, big yet light — Vivek brings a rare mix of technical depth and on-ground agility. Structural ENGG From IIT Delhi, Masters from London School of Economics, and a Project Management certification from IIT Delhi back his expertise. He coordinates production seamlessly — from on-site execution to daily project follow-ups — ensuring every build moves smoothly from planning to completion.
He is our sharp and enthusiastic field executive spear head. Having a degree of Bachelors of Art from DU, he is constantly on the move to assist and execute every aspect of any project he finds in his hands.
Over 12 years of experience in construction across Goa and surrounding regions. His expertise in project management and quality control ensures every venture meets the highest standards of excellence.
Driving Earth Nest's digital presence with precision and creativity — expertise in performance marketing, social media strategy, and brand storytelling that connects luxury living with the right audience.
Ram Mohan Mishra the guy who handles numbers for us. He belongs to Dharbhanga, Bihar and has majored in Accounts. You will always find Mishra drafting an excel or listening to Bollywood love songs.

An architect with a Bachelor of Architecture from Sushant School of Art and Architecture and over 12 years of experience across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Founder of Design Nivas, she specializes in innovative steel construction systems. At EarthNest, she collaborates on the research, design, and implementation of advanced prefabricated metal deck construction solutions.
