Kataria
A creator, builder, and storyteller with over 13 years of experience across multiple worlds — from the buzz of Radio Mirchi to the craft of architecture and façade design.
An army kid who grew up across India, Iqrut earned his B.Tech in Marine Engineering from MIT Pune and later an MBA in Finance, before charting his own course into entrepreneurship.
In 2013, he founded Luxus Façade — known for precision-engineered doors, windows, and façade systems. Today, he channels that experience into Earth Nest, pioneering POD-based construction technology to build India's first large-scale, sellable prefab living ecosystem.
The Core Team
He is our sharp and enthusiastic field executive spear head. Having a degree of Bachelors of Art from DU, he is constantly on the move to assist and execute every aspect of any project he finds in his hands.
Over 12 years of experience in construction across Goa and surrounding regions. His expertise in project management and quality control ensures every venture meets the highest standards of excellence.
Driving Earth Nest's digital presence with precision and creativity — expertise in performance marketing, social media strategy, and brand storytelling that connects luxury living with the right audience.
Ram Mohan Mishra the guy who handles numbers for us. He belongs to Dharbhanga ,Bihar and has majored in Accounts. You will always find Mishra drafting an excel or listening to Bollywood love songs.
Supports production coordination, on-site execution, and daily project follow-ups to help every build move smoothly from planning to completion.
